PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding sealed sheet, which is easy to unseal even under the state that a cardboard is employed as the base material of the sheet, a keeping form of which is also favorable and which is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: This folding sealed sheet 10 consists of a sheet base material 11 parallel folded an information piece 12, a reverse cover 13 and an obverse cover 14 connected together through a score 15 from the information piece 12 at the beginning end side S arranged inside by folding up to the obverse cover 14 at the terminal end side E in the order named, a sealing paste 16 inseparably sealing the near terminal end of the parallel folded sheet base material 11, an unsealing zipper perforations 17 for unsealing the folding sealed sheet 10, which is provided from the top edge to the tail edge of the obverse cover 14 parallel to the scores 15, a separating perforations 18, which is provided in parallel to the score 15 from the top edge to the tail edge of the reverse cover 13, a temporary holding paste 19 provided at two locations of the inner surfaces of the reverse cover 13 and the obverse cover 14 for temporarily holding enclosures 20 and the enclosures 20 such as merchandise samples, coupons, application postcards or the like.
