A mechanical element commodity (1) for aviation/space to be controlled is produced by assembling a plurality of kinds of elements (2)((1)-(3)). These plurality of kinds of elements (2)((1)-(3)) are produced through a material purchasing step S1, a forging step S2, a heat treatment step S3, a grinding step S4, a surface treatment step S5, and an inspection step S6. Information on the respective steps S1-S2 is recorded in an IC tag (4) together with the lot numbers of the steps. After the elements (2) are assembled into a mechanical element commodity (1) for aviation/space, record information in the IC tag (4) on each element (2) is recorded in a control computer system (11) in relation to the serial number and serial lot number. Another IC tag (10) is fixed to the mechanical element commodity (1) for aviation/space, and the serial number or serial lot number is recorded. Machining condition information on the forging, heat treatment, grinding and surface treatment steps is recorded in the IC tag (10). |
