The safety lug has two follower organs (H1,H2) which possess a radial cam (4,5) on their sides facing each other. Each side has one large recess (8,9) and one small recess (10,11) for the intake of a slip-contact (6,7) provided on the locking device (2). A slip-contact is mountable in the direction of a locking axis (RA) opposite to other slip-contact. Subject to the respective relative position of the adjacent follower organs to a common neutral position (N) of the gear actuating mechanism respective to one of the following operating modes is selected; a movable diagonal to the locking axis, exists with respective slip-contact immersed in the large recess of each radial cam for each follower organ, in the case of positioning of both follower organs in the neutral position. A detent unit exists in a controlling position deviating from the neutral position.
