<p>An iontophoresis device exhibiting an excellent percutaneous absorbability to an anionic charging physiologically active substance. The iontophoresis device comprises a cathode electrode (25) and an interface (31) or (32) consisting of a cationic charging film, an anionic charging physiologically active substance (chemical) (10) being disposed between the cathode electrode (25) and the interface (31) or in the interface (32). A wall material (13) having an adhesive layer (12) at the bottom surface thereof is disposed around an absorption material (11), and a support (15) having an opening (14) at the center is disposed above the absorption material (11) and the wall material (13). On administering, a solution of the chemical is supplied to the absorption material (11) via the opening (14), and the solution renders the absorption material (11) and the interface (31) or (32) wet to activate the chemical (10) all over.</p>
