PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a blank of an exterior primary part which introduces much lower cost of manufacturing than the cost encountered in traditional technology. SOLUTION: As a method of manufacturing a hollow blade for turbo machinery, a blade is made from a preform obtained from the exterior primary part. Then each of the primary parts provided with a base part is formed by planarizing the blank 42 cut away from a ring 30, which is provided with a bump 32, having a large diameter d to reduce costs.
