<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a protective pipe capable of easily inserting a cable into an inside, and capable of preventing the crush of a protrusion on an inner peripheral wall at the time of the insertion of the cable. <P>SOLUTION: This method includes a process for fastening the end of an elastic body to the end of a mandrel with a tape, turning the mandrel, and thereby winding the elastic body around the surface of the mandrel at predetermined pitches, and fixing the other end of the elastic body with the tape; a process for fixing the end of a flexible band shaped body to the mandrel with a cord, fitting a central groove with the elastic body, fitting a fitting recessed groove of the flexible band shaped body and a fitting protrusion to each other with respect to the surface of the mandrel so as to be spirally wound, and fixing the other end of the flexible band shaped body to the mandrel with the cord; a process for inserting a pipe body in a predetermined length from the tip of the mandrel and covering on the flexible band shaped body and the elastic body; and a process for removing the cord and the tape and pushing the flexible band shaped body to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe body by use of the energizing force of the elastic body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
