<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-input and high-pressure thin pump, dispensing with a reserver tank that is conventionally indispensable for a centrifugal pump, so that heat generation at a motor part is not transmitted to cooling water in a CPU cooling device, and a CPU water-cooling device of low nose and high reliability in which heat transmission efficient in a water-cooled jacket is improved. <P>SOLUTION: This piston pump 1 is a displacement type flat piston pump, with a piston 9 or 16 comprising a permanent magnet in a non-magnetic pipe 8. A drive element 4 of a magnetic material or permanent magnet is provided around the non-magnetic pipe. In addition, the drive element is driven by a stepping motor 2 provided with a lead screw 3. Check valves 11 and 13 in the piston pump are composed of a fluid diode 17.
