PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing network connection diagnosing and removing a trouble occurring after good network connection. SOLUTION: The method for diagnosing network connection comprises: steps (S3, S5) in which a user terminal performs confirmation of understanding with a center server periodically; steps (S10, S11) of backing up network setting of the user terminal and each private communication apparatus when understanding is confirmed; a step (S5) of performing diagnosis of a plurality of diagnosis items upon occurrence of trouble in understanding, a step (S5) for correcting network setting corresponding to a diagnosis item judged to be abnormal based on the backed up network setting; a step (S12) of detecting existence of download information by accessing the center server; a step (S13) of downloading the download information; and a step (S14) of processing the download information.
