PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic-wave shield frame capable of manufacturing it at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic-wave shield frame 40 fastened to a substrate 20 whereon electronic components 30 are mounted, there are provided a frame main body 41 formed out of a first material, and attaching members 43 formed out of a second material having a higher wettability than the first material and attached to the frame main body 41 and soldered to the substrate 20.
