PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weaken an electric field at an edge part of a spacer of a display apparatus, and to improve withstand voltage. SOLUTION: This display apparatus includes a vacuum case having a face plate and a rear plate with a conductive member on a surface; electrodes arranged opposite the conductive member in the vacuum case; and the spacer abutting on the conductive member and one of the electrodes.
