摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional photonic crystal operated by a plurality of designed wave lengths with which a photonic band gap wavelength band is controlled to a desired wavelength without varying a lattice period or an optical element having a point defect resonator structure and a line defect waveguide structure in the inside. SOLUTION: In the three-dimensional photonic crystal operated as a photonic band gap at a plurality of wavelengths, the photonic band gap central wavelength and the wavelength band are controlled by controlling the shape and the refractive index of a dispersion structure included in an additive layer provided between columnar structures without varying the lattice period.
