PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood bulge structure capable of efficiently introducing air to an inter cooler without causing complication of the structure. SOLUTION: A second air introducing opening part 30 is arranged by sliding it to the back side of a first air introducing opening part 24 so that the second air introducing opening part 30 set at a cover back part 20A of an inter cooler cover 20 is positioned in an air introducing region of the first air introducing opening part 24 of a hood bulge main body 16. Additionally, a cover front part 20B is extended to the front diagonally downward side of a vehicle and a front part 22C of a bulge seal 22 is arranged on the part. A bellows type seal lower part 32 of the bulge seal 22 is constant in height in the longitudinal direction, but a flat seal upper part 34 is higher on its front part than on its rear part. In this constitution, it is possible to restrain influence of an air pocket 36 to the minimum and to efficiently introduce a streamlined air current A to the inter cooler 18.
