THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHEET MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulky three-dimensional sheet material having a good touch feeling and good appearance and to provide an efficient method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional sheet material 10 comprises a first fiber layer 1 containing heat-shrinkable fibers and a second fiber layer 2 composed of heat-nonshrinkable fibers. Both the fiber layers 1 and 2 are integrated in the thickness direction with a plurality of thermally fused parts 3 partially formed by thermal fusion. The second fiber layer 2 is protruded by shrinking of the first fiber layer 1 to form protruding parts 4. The maximum shrinkage percentage developing temperature of the first fiber layer 1 is lower than the melting point of the heat-nonshrinkable fibers in the second fiber layer 2 and the maximum shrinkage percentage developing temperature is≤130°C.
