PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image conversion panel having read image unevenness reduced and proper handlability at discarding time. SOLUTION: This radiation image conversion panel comprises a stimulable phosphor sheet and a stimulable phosphor plate. The phosphor sheet has an adhesive layer on one surface of a support body tray, and has a support body and a stimulable phosphor layer, in this order, on the adhesive layer. The phosphor plate comprises a sealing film for sealing the whole phosphor sheet. The body tray is made of a composite material, containing a high-polymer material, and the average roughness of the body tray is 4.0 to 50.0μm on a center line of a surface on the adhesive layer side thereof.
