PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform mounting of a compressor by directly mounting the compressor to a bottom plate in an assembling line. SOLUTION: This air conditioner comprises the compressor 1 provided within an outdoor unit to constitute a part of a freezing cycle, and performing compressing operation of refrigerant, the bottom plate 10 provided on the bottom of the outdoor unit, and a leg part 2 provided on the compressor to fix the compressor to the bottom plate. The leg part has a bolt inserting fixing hole 3, and the bottom plate 10 opposed to the fixing hole 3 has a burring hole 11 protruded upward. A vibration isolating member 8 which supports the leg part of the compressor and also absorbs vibration is provided between the burring hole 11 and the fixing hole 3, the vibration isolating member 8 having a bolt through-hole 9 slightly larger than the outer diameter of the burring hole. The burring hole is protruded upward, and fixed by inserting a mounting bolt 4 to the fixing hole, the through-hole and the burring hole from above and fixedly screwing it.
