<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To humidify reaction gas without decreasing output density and fuel economy performance of a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: No-humidifying air is supplied to an inlet of an oxidant electrode of an internal humidifying fuel cell 2, and air humidified in the internal humidifying fuel cell 2 and added with water vapor of produced water is supplied to an inlet of the oxidant electrode of an external humidifying fuel cell 3.
