PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive laminate, an electromagnetic-wave shielding film for plasma display, and a protective plate for plasma display, which have a wide transmission/reflection band, in addition, excellent conductivity (electromagnetic-wave shield capability), visible-light transmittance, and shielding capability to near infra-red rays. SOLUTION: The conductive laminate comprises a substrate and a conductive film formed on the substrate, wherein the conductive film has a multi-layered structure where high-refractivity layers containing an inorganic compound and metal layers are alternately laminated in number of layers of (2n+1) (n is an integer of 1 to 12) from a substrate side, the refractivity of the inorganic compound is 1.5 to 2.5, the metal layers are the layers containing silver, the total thickness of all metal layers is 25 to 100 nm, and the resistivity of the conductive film is 2.5 to 6.0μΩcm.
