PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio network system which is suitable to perform a data signal in a building and a factory and simply manage the position of a radio relay node. SOLUTION: The radio network system includes the radio relay node 2, first radio terminal nodes 3, 4 each for modulating the data signal input from an external unit to a radio signal and transmitting to the radio relay node 2, a second radio terminal node 5 for demodulating the radio signal from the radio relay node 2 to the data signal to transmit it, a management server 6 for receiving the data signal from this second radio terminal node 5, and a movement detecting means 17 for detecting the presence of the movement of the installing position of the radio relay node 2. When the movement of the installing position of the radio relay node 2 is detected by this movement detecting means 17, the movement information data relating to the movement is stored in the storage means of the radio relay node, and the movement information data are stored in the position database 21 of the managing server 6 through the second radio terminal node 5, and solved.
