PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent over-revolution of a mounted machine due to failure of a sub throttle valve controlled to suppress fluctuation of engine speed accompanying load fluctuation at a time of PTO operation in a vehicle equipped with PTO. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a means (S1-S9) establishing PTO operation fuel cut speed according to throttle opening, and means (S10-S14) stopping supply of fuel when engine speed become the PTO operation fuel cut speed or higher.
