PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a means for efficiently collecting and purifying rainwater. SOLUTION: This invention is a rainwater collecting facility for making the rainwater flowing in a rainwater collecting part flow in via a waveform dam in the rainwater collecting facility for arranging a rainwater storage part in a lower part of the rainwater collecting part, by forming the rainwater collecting part by covering an upper part of a water impermeable layer with water permeable soil, by forming the water impermeable layer in a concave surface shape in the ground. For removing sediment included in the rainwater trying to flow in, the waveform dam is arranged around the rainwater collecting part, and the sediment is precipitated between the waveform dam.
