PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material separation device which can continuously and highly separate two or more kinds of materials in fluid. SOLUTION: The material separation device has a flow passage 3 for separation which circulates the fluid being a sample, a 1st outflow port 6 which is formed at a downstream end of the flow passage 3 for separation and a 1st holding part 1 which is provided in a part of a wall surface at a 1st outflow port 6 side of the flow passage 3 for separation and which can hold 1st material.
