PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems in which a conventional stirring apparatus includes rollers fixed to two parallel rotary shafts respectively, with one shaft rotated by an electric motor, however the stirring apparatus is large-sized needing a large space, is difficult to handle and to move because of its large size, and a vessel must be transported to a place where the stirring apparatus is installed, and the apparatus produces large noise. SOLUTION: A plate mix mill is provided with an outer frame; inner frames separated into several stages; motor-incorporated rollers having motors, in the inner frames; auxiliary rollers linking with the motor-incorporated rollers with elastic bodies; and collared rollers set outside the motor-incorporated rollers and auxiliary rollers. By rasing the inner frames, a tilting angle can be adjusted to reduce space, weight and cost; even mixing, stirring, grinding and pulverizing can be realized; the tilting angle of the rollers can be freely changed to appropriately stir substances according to their properties.
