PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure accumulation type pump spray device optimizing application of a liquid drug. SOLUTION: The pressure accumulation type pump spray device 10 is attached to a container 12 storing a liquid drug and composed as follows: pushing a spraying button 70 leads to rising of the internal pressure, and when the internal pressure exceeds a specified value, the liquid drug is sprayed from a nozzle 78 of the spray button 70. When the kinematic viscosity of the liquid drug at ordinary temperature 25°C is 3.0-30.0 cPs, the diameter of the nozzle mouth 88 of the nozzle 78 is set to be 0.5-1.0 mm. The arrangement results in larger spraying particle sizes and a spraying angle of 25-35 degrees, permitting localized application of a drug to a narrow diseased area with little scattering.
