PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that (1) an irrelevant card or a banknote may be dropped owing to contact, etc., when a card is taken out by opening/closing the inner part of a purse at a rush-hour ticket gate; (2) a pass case has a latent worry to be left at home or slipped from a pocket.
