PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner joint for an eaves gutter, which enables positioning to be performed by spending a lot of time in the state of temporarily fixing the eaves gutter, which enables the eaves gutters to be firmly bonded and connected together, without making an adhesive scraped off, and which has proper workability, and an eaves gutter connecting method using the inner joint. SOLUTION: The inner joint 1 for the eaves gutter, which connects the eaves gutters 10 and 10 together, comprises: a member 2 for temporary fixing, which is equipped with a front surface part 20, a bottom surface part 21 and a rear surface part 22, formed along an inner surface of the eaves gutter 10, and wherein an opening 2a is formed in its longitudinal intermediate part; and a member 3 for adhesion, which is equipped with a front surface part 30, a bottom surface part 31 and a rear surface part 32, formed along the inner surface of the eaves gutter, and which is to be fitted into the opening 2a. In the eaves gutter connecting method, ends of the eaves gutters 10 to be connected at the edge of eaves are temporarily fixed by means of the member 2 of the inner joint 1, and after that, the eaves gutters 10 are connected together by bonding the member 3 of the inner joint 1 to the end of the eaves gutter 10.
