PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building panel which dispenses with a gap for construction and can be easily fixed to a framework, and a method and a tool for the construction, which can make a wall bearing capacity great, dispense with skill for a working process on a job site and facilitate the construction, by using the building panel. SOLUTION: In the building panel 10, a first surface material 16 and a second surface material 17 are formed on both the sides of rectangular frame materials 11, 12, 13 and 14, and nailing lines 19, 20, 21 and 22 are formed on the surfaces of the surface materials 16 and 17. The building panel 10 is fixed by driving nails 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 and 38 substantially at an angle of 45°to columns 25 and 26, a beam 27 and a sill 28 from each of the surface materials 16 and 17.
