PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible container which is relatively light, is easily disassembled and reassembled, and is quite strong. SOLUTION: This container is provided with a transferrable pallet 14 and a plurality of side wall panels 16, 18 to be assembled to form a storage space 20 on the pallet 14. At least one of the panels 16, 18 is provided with a side panel 30 made of a light plastic corrugated board, resin frames 32a, 32b mounted on the edge of the side panel 30, and a metal reinforcement member 34 arranged in the frames along the longitudinal direction of the frames.
