PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a mud guard capable of performing temporary securing of the mud guard and facilitating mounting work. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure for the mud guard, the mud guard 20 is fastened to reinforcement panels 3, 4 and a frame 5 of a rear member constituting a wheel house 2. A fixture hole 6 is provided on the reinforcement panel 4 of the rear member and a hooking part 22 for engaged with a lower edge flange 7a of the fixture hole 6 is formed on the mud guard 20.
