PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle which can be removed from a car body floor when it is not used and operation of removal, etc. of which cannot be carried out in a seated state in simple construction. SOLUTION: A central seat 17 is furnished with a seat base 23 provided on the car body floor F free to connect and disconnect through a locking mechanism 47, a seat cushion 24 provided on the seat base 23 and a seat back 25 free to fold against the seat cushion 24, the seat base 23 is furnished with folding seat leg parts 28, 29 on its lower part, and a rear side folding lever 41 of a cable 42 of these leg parts 28, 29 and a connecting and disconnecting lever 51 of a cable 52 of the locking mechanism 47 are provided on a seat back supporting part 55 of the seat base 23.
