The present invention provides a method for multi-user code channel activation detection in wireless communication system, comprising the steps: receiving a wireless signal comprising a signal of the at least two users among said multi-users ; separating the data and training sequences in said wireless signal ; making a channel estimation according to said separated training sequence to abtain estimated channel response obtaining activated channel response window according to said estimated channel response ; obtaining a distributed spread-spectrum code which may correpond to said activated channel response window. According to said estimated channel response and corresponding distributed spread-spectrum code, obtaining spread- spectrum code activated code channel which may correpond to said activated channel response window making a multi-user detection for said obtained activated code channel, whereby realizing a receiver's blind or semi-blind detection.
