<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program for creating direct mail that improve an unsealing rate and a response rate while saving on the trouble to manage customer information. <P>SOLUTION: The device and program for creating direct mail that create direct mail to be sent to customers, set a customer characteristic group to be set as one customer characteristic group among a plurality of customer characteristic groups as properties of customers based upon birthday information of the customers, and select one print pattern out of previously registered print patterns based upon the set customer characteristic group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
