发明名称 REPRODUCTION TREATMENT METHOD FOR GAS TURBINE STATIONARY BLADE AND GAS TURBINE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reproduce a gas turbine stationary blade in which material deterioration, damage and the like occur due to operation, as a high-quality one, without requiring complete cutting off and removing cracks including non-opening cracks generated on the blade surface. SOLUTION: An oxidized layer of a surface portion of the gas turbine stationary blade having cracks 2 is cut, leaving part of the cracks 2. Inside of the cut part, a material 3 comprising a material equivalent to a base material 1 of the stationary blade and brazing filler metal 4 with a melting point lower than that of the base material-equivalent material 3, are filled. Through heat treatment under pressurization by inert gas, the brazing filler metal 4 is melted and diffusion brazing is performed to the cracked portion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
