<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that antenna performance is deteriorated when an electronic component connected to the ground of a portable radio device is disposed near an antenna in the portable radio device. <P>SOLUTION: The portable radio device has a circuit board 102 provided with a radio, an antenna 103 disposed at a predetermined distance from the circuit board 102, an electronic component 106 disposed closely to the antenna 103, a ground line 107 for connecting the ground of the electronic component 106 to the ground of the circuit board 102, and a signal line 108 for connecting a control circuit 110 disposed on the circuit board 102 to the electronic component 106.
