<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for cooling a heat generation source efficiently and discharging high-temperature cooling air reliably, and to provide electronic equipment having the cooling device. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic equipment 1 comprises a first heat radiation mechanism including a first heat radiator 14a that comes into contact with one portion of a refrigerant channel 15 thermally, and generates heat of vaporization in the refrigerant channel and a refrigerant flowing in the refrigerant channel, and a first cooling mechanism 12a for providing the heat radiation section with cooling air; and a second heat radiation mechanism including a second heat radiation section 14b that comes into contact with one portion of the refrigerant channel thermally, is provided at a position for interposing a pump mechanism 13 at an area to the first heat radiation mechanism in a plane in which the first heat radiation mechanism is positioned, and generates heat of vaporization at the refrigerant channel and the refrigerant flowing in the refrigerant channel, and a second cooling mechanism 12b for providing the heat radiation section with cooling air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
