PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery terminal and a spacer capable of further improving the working efficiency. SOLUTION: The battery terminal 1 is composed of a battery terminal body 2, a flexing bolt 4 passing through a pair of fastening parts 3 of the battery terminal body 2, a nut 6 that screwes up a screw part 5 of the flexing bolt 4, and the spacer 7 interposed between the fastening part 3 and the nut 6. The battery terminal 1 is constituted so as to be capable of selecting the fitting directions of the spacer 7.
