PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a processed signal from being distorted in processing noise contained in an input signal by a noise blanker. SOLUTION: The noise blanker 10 includes a depth adjusting unit 16 for setting an attenuation amount for attenuating noise contained in an input signal. The attenuation amount set by the unit 16 is input and set in a blank processing unit 14 for processing the noise of the input signal by the unit 16. When a noise is detected by a signal level detecting unit 11, the unit 14 does not cut the noise but performs processing of attenuating the signal on the basis of the attenuation amount.
