摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation and enrichment device capable of separating and enriching gas molecules or the like to detect and analyze a micro amount of gas molecules and gas isotope molecules, with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: This gas separation and enrichment device 1 comprises a component separation part 2 for separating hydrogen molecules from sample gas 7 introduced into a separation column 11 a predetermined set amount by a predetermined set amount, by a batch system, and for enriching them, an isotope separation part 4 for separating further hydrogen isotope molecules of an analyte from the enriched hydrogen molecules by a cooling column 24 and for enriching them, and a final separation part 6 for carrying out final separation before analyzing the enriched hydrogen molecules or hydrogen isotope molecules separated and enriched respectively by the component separation part 2 and/or the isotope separation part 4. The component separation part 2 and the isotope separation part 4 are able to enrich the separated hydrogen molecules or hydrogen isotope molecules, using an enriching part 23 or isotope enriching part 34.
