PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen counter which is provided with a work surface and a sink with a lid and in which the lid can sanitarily be housed and the work is performed efficiently. SOLUTION: The kitchen counter 1 is provided with the work surface 2 and the sink 3 with the lid, the work surface 2 and the sink 3 with the lid are adjacent and the lid 4 of the sink 3 with the lid is slid between a housing part and a sink 6 so as to be housed in the housing part provided on the lower side of the work surface 2. Then, the lid 4 is positioned on the lower side of the opening upper surface of the sink 3 with the lid and the lid is slid along a guide part 7.
