PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the tightening bolt that can both tighten and release the tightening easily without requiring large-scale equipment. SOLUTION: This tightening bolt is equipped with the cylindrical screw part 14 that can shrink the diameter by dividing it plurally in the circumference beside forming a male screw 42 in the outer circumference, the shrink diameter means 39, 44 that shrinks the diameter of the cylindrical screw part 14 by interlocking with the operation to an operation part 13 established in the head part 12, the biasing means 15 that biases the operation part 13 to return it to the initial condition before operation and the enlarged diameter means 45, 51 that enlarges the diameter of the cylindrical screw part 14 interlocking with the return to the initial condition of the operation part 13 by the bias means 15.
