PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pressing load flat while securing a sufficient wear margin in a clutch cover assembly having a peak cut structure. SOLUTION: This clutch cover assembly 1 comprises a clutch cover 2, a pressure plate 3, a diaphragm spring 4, and a plurality of spring units 9 and 10. The diaphragm spring 4 is supported to the clutch cover 2, and energizes the pressure plate 3 to a flywheel 51 side. The plurality of spring units 9 and 10 are supported by the clutch cover 2, and produce a load resisting the energizing force of the diaphragm spring 4 to flatten a variation in a pressing load on the pressure plate against the displaced amount of the diaphragm spring 4.
