PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine mount of such a structure that the direction of a mounting elastic spindle can be easily set and changed without changing tilt angles of upper and lower mounting plate fittings on a power unit side and a vehicle body side and a stopper mechanism in a bound direction can be advantageously formed by having opposed surfaces expanding roughly in a horizontal direction. SOLUTION: An adjust plate fitting 66 is fixed to the upper mounting plate fitting 12 so as to be tilted relative to each other and expanded in a flat plate shape on the opposed surface 74 side of the upper mounting plate fitting 12 to the lower side mounting plate fitting 14, and the opposed surfaces 78 and 80 of the adjusting plate fitting 66 to the lower side mounting plate fitting 14 are connected to each other through a body rubber elastic body 16. Also, an upper side stopper part 70 expanded roughly horizontally in the mounted state thereof on a vehicle is formed integrally with the adjusting plate fitting 66 by bending the lower end edge 68 of the adjusting plate fitting 66 in the tilt direction to the upper mounting plate fitting 12.
