PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing for a rocker arm which materializes long service life. SOLUTION: In the rolling bearing 50 for the rocker arm which is equipped with a roller 4 coming into rolling contact with a cam 6 of an engine, with a roller shaft 2 disposed inside the roller 4 and fixed to the rocker arm 1 and with a plurality of rollers 3 interposed between the roller 4 and the roller shaft 2, at least one member of the roller 4, the roller shaft 2 and the roller 3 has a nitrogen enriched layer, austenite grain size of No. 10 or larger, and surface hardness Hv of HV653 or higher.
