PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable container capable of surely performing a unlocking operation between side walls erected at first and side walls afterward as a bending deformation of unlocking members is small, and preventing the unlocking members from being damaged. SOLUTION: An engaging member 4 consisting of a movable block 4A in which an engaging projection 4c is projected and an elastic tongue piece 4B are arranged on a window part A formed on the side wall 2 erected at first from a folded condition, and an unlocking member 5 consisting of an operating part 5' and a lever bar 5" and a locking piece 3g are arranged on the side wall 3 erected afterward successively to the above described side wall. Under a condition that the foldable container is assembled into a box shape, the locking piece formed on the side wall erected afterward is positioned between the engaging projection projected on the movable block arranged on the side wall erected at first and an engaging frame 2b.
