PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for assisting so as to perform flight so as to reduce noise damage by a pilot by operating and displaying noise circumstance on ground based on environmental condition such as map information of a flight area described with a facility or the like, wind direction/wind speed of the flight area and temperature and density of the atmosphere and noise generation data of an aircraft itself. SOLUTION: The device for assisting the low noise flight is provided with a means for presuming noise generated by the own machine; a means for calculating that the noise emitted by the own machine is transmitted to respective areas on ground at any level; and a means for quantitatively displaying the calculation result on a map by using flight data such as the flight speed of the own machine, an ascending/descending ratio and engine power.
