PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarming device for a vehicle allowing a driver to acknowledge certainly a failure or generation of a hazard and distinguish certainly the failure or hazard which may appear in several types. SOLUTION: Receiving signals from an outer sensor and an inner sensor, an event sensing device 1 senses the event having happened (failure or hazard). A vibrating body control device 2 emits a drive signal to vibrating body drive devices (either of 4a-4d) on the basis of the information fed from the event sensing device 1. This excites vibration of the vibrating bodies (either of 5a-5d) embedded in the seat of the vehicle. A sound source control device 3 decides the alarm sound and its volume on the basis of the information fed from the event sensing device 1, and emits to a sound source device 7 synchronously with the synchronizing signal emitted from the vibrating body control device 2. The sound source device 7 produces an alarm sound signal corresponding to the data from the sound source control device 3, and emits to a speaker 9 upon controlling the volume with the data emitted from the sound source control device 3.
