PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core delivering apparatus in which a core with a definite length is projected from a tip of a writing instrument by a knocking operation, and even when the knocking operation is repeated, the core is kept at the definite length. SOLUTION: By knocking a knock operating part and advancing a core case 14 and a ring joint 12, a slider 3 is advanced until a back member 5 of the slider 3 is brought into contact with the inner face of a mouth front part, and the front end of the core is pulled out from a stopper 4a of a front member 4. In addition, when the core case 14 is furthermore advanced, the front end of the care case 14 is brought into contact with a chuck joint 12, and the chuck joint 12 and a chuck 7 are advanced and grasping of the core by the chuck is released. The core 21 falls down by its own weight, and the front end of the core is brought into contact with a contacting part 4c of the stopper of the front member 4. When the knock operation is released from the condition and the core case 14 is retreated, the core case 14 and the chuck joint 12 are retreated while the slider 3 is held at the most advanced position, and the core 21 is grasped again.
