The turbine has vanes with a diameter that is chosen to be less than inner dimensions of the tower. A dynamo part of the turbine is integrated with the tower. An electrical supply system comprises an automated electrical generator generating a maximum power of 2500 watts and autonomy of 2 days by using 2 bottles with 75 kilogram of hydrogen. The system has a regulator receiving electric current generated by the turbine via a load controller. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Trailer type device for video-monitoring a geographical zone such as building or public work construction site, office and storage zone, in order to prevent theft of tools and furniture and degradations and malignancy, and for being connected to a communication network. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The utilization of the wind turbine and the electrical generator extends autonomy of electric energy of the device, while providing a long term supply in a reliable and independent manner. The vertical axis wind turbine optimizes conversion of wind energy and increases safety of the device against theft attempts. The device has autonomy and mobility, so that it can be adapted to any type of site to be surveyed, while detecting any intrusion or theft of goods. The device is mobile, so that it can be displaced to the site in an easy and precise manner. The device is auto-protected and does not require any surveillance or intervention of a third person, while triggering an alarm in case of attempt of vandalism. The device is capable of surveying the site in several ways.
