FIELD: microbiological, food, chemical and other industries, particularly for dispersed material drying. ^ SUBSTANCE: drying device comprises drying chamber, working tool, heater, cyclone separator, air supply blower, air sucking blower having gate, tray, horizontal perforated sheet located inside working tool, wet material loading hopper provided with auger supply means, vibroexciter, filter, air duct gates and heat generator. Tray is installed on the frame by means of resilient system. Product loading and unloading pipes, as well as heated air supply and discharge pipes are secured to working tool. Working tool is made as air-tight shell and comprises lid and tray fixedly secured thereto. Lid has profile defined by inner and outer semi-circles in plane transversal working tool axis. Tray profile is shaped as curvilinear trapeze in said plane. The curvilinear trapeze has larger outer base equal to diameter of outer lid semi-circle. Vibroexiter is connected to holders attached to lower tray part. Pipes adapted to be connected with washing and fire-extinguishing systems are mounted on lid. ^ EFFECT: increased drying capacity. ^ 3 dwg |
