The exhaust gas turbocharger has a flow channel component (24) which has cylinder shaped section (26) and a flange section (28) and is formed in an axial section of the flow channel (36) in a turbine of the exhaust gas turbocharger. A sealing (44) is arranged between exhaust manifold module (40) and the surface (42) of the flange section of the flow channel component.
