The donor kebab machine has mechanism which makes it possible that the rationalization of donor cutting takes place by push of button. It cuts meat pieces and the cut quantity can be portioned. The meat is rotated in the grill in X and Y direction. The cutting can be done by the cutting technique which is used to cut cheese e.g. by wire.
